01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of signalhouse.co.in (the “site”), which is operated by Vatsalaya Rasa Private Limited (CIN U85306DL2024PTC425706), WZ-1324, Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 (“Signal House”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02The site is for information
The site describes our services and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment. Sending a brief does not create a contract. Any work we do for you will be under a separate written agreement, which will prevail over anything on the site.
Examples, sample posts, figures, reports and campaign playbooks on the site are illustrations of format and approach. They are not claims about past results for a named client, and they are not a promise of any outcome. Results depend on the brief, the content, the platforms and many factors outside our control.
03How we work
We run campaigns under clear house rules: paid content is disclosed in line with the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising, we use real accounts and people only, we amplify only claims a client can stand behind, and we comply with the rules of the platforms we work on. Political content, where we accept it, is handled only with the approvals the law requires.
04Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send false, misleading, defamatory or harmful material through it
- try to break into, disrupt, overload or scrape the site, or send spam or automated submissions
- pretend to be someone else when contacting us
05Our content
The Signal House name, logo, text, design and graphics on the site belong to Vatsalaya Rasa Private Limited or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
06What you send us
When you send us a brief, you confirm that you are allowed to share it. We will treat it as confidential and use it only to respond to you and plan a proposal, as set out in our privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive information through the form.
07Links to other sites
The site may link to other services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
08Liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
